What is the return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Do you have free shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight. We also offer free shipping on orders over 49,99€.
When will I get my order?
We process all orders within 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. Our jewelry comes with a customization featuring our official logo and is also presented in a personalized box and velvet pouch.
